  • Non-Custom Products: Items that are not customized (e.g., generic promotional products) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made products (e.g., items with your logo, text, or design).
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@jhalakenterprises.com within the return eligibility period, including your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will confirm if the return is approved and provide instructions for sending the product back.
  3. Shipping: Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders for standard (non-custom) products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
